We do not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals.
When an Administrative Fee May Apply
We reserve the right to apply a 15% administrative fee (minimum of EUR 10 or equivalent) on any withdrawal request when:
The deposited or credited funds have not been played through at least three times.
Excluded Activities from Playthrough Requirements
We may also exclude minimal risk betting patterns from qualifying toward the required playthrough. Examples include:
Betting similar amounts on black and red in Roulette.
Covering more than 67% of the betting options in Roulette.
Placing bets on both Player and Banker at the same time in Baccarat.
This administrative fee will be deducted at the time of withdrawal processing, if applicable.
