Withdrawals are processed by our finance team on business days, Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
If you submit a withdrawal request on a Friday evening, over the weekend or on a public holiday, it will be picked up on the next business day.
Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days from the moment your account is fully verified. A request made on Saturday, for example, starts counting from Monday.
Tip: To avoid delays, make sure your verification documents are uploaded and approved before you request a withdrawal.
Note: Once your withdrawal has been approved and paid out, the time it takes to reach your account depends on your payment provider’s own processing days, which may also exclude weekends.
