What is KYC?
KYC ("Know Your Customer") is a mandatory identity verification process required by regulation. It ensures safe play, prevents fraud, and complies with anti-money laundering laws.
KYC is not a one-time process. As part of our ongoing regulatory obligations, we periodically review customer accounts to ensure the information we hold remains current and accurate. This means we may contact you in the future to request updated documentation — for example, if your ID document has expired or if we notice a change in your deposit activity. Any such request will be sent to your registered email address with clear instructions on what is required and how to submit. Responding promptly helps avoid any interruption to your account.
When Is Verification Required?
Deposit Threshold
When your cumulative deposits reach €2,000 (or equivalent) within a rolling 180-day period, a Verification Required dialog will intercept your next login. If the required documents are not provided within 30 days, access to your account will be paused until both your ID and Proof of Address have been approved. The restriction lifts automatically once both documents are verified.
Withdrawal Request
If you haven't verified your ID, you'll be asked to do so before the withdrawal can be processed. We may also request additional information or proof of your payment method to ensure the payment is processed to the correct account.
Other Circumstances
We may reach out to ask for your documents at any point during your time with us — before you hit a threshold, after your first verification, or at any stage in between. This is simply to keep your account in good standing and avoid any delays when you need to withdraw in the future.
How You'll Be Notified
When verification is required, you'll see:
A persistent notification in your account: "Your account requires verification. Please upload your documents."
A red dot on the Notification Centre (bell icon, top right)
Or we'll reach out to you directly by email.
