After you request a withdrawal — if you haven't yet verified your documents, you will be asked to upload them before a withdrawal can be processed.
If any additional documents are required, our team will send you an email requesting verification documents, such as:
A valid ID document
Proof of address
Proof of payment method
Once your documents are received and your account is fully verified, our finance team will take over the withdrawal request.
We aim to process all approved withdrawals within 3–5 business days after account verification is completed.
You will receive an email notification once your withdrawal request is approved.
