Card Payments
If you used a credit or debit card to fund your account, please submit a photo of the card following these requirements:
Show:
- First 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card number
- Cardholder's name
- Expiration date
- Signature (back of card)
- All four corners of the card
Hide:
- Middle digits of the card number (e.g., 123456 ****** 1234)
- CVC/CVV code on the back
Provide copies of both the front and back of the card.
Lost your card? If you no longer possess the card, please send a bank statement showing recent deposits made to our site.
Bank Account Transfers
If you deposited via bank transfer or requested a withdrawal to your bank account, please provide a bank statement that includes:
- Your name
- Bank account number/IBAN
- Bank name/logo
- At least one transaction to/from our casino
Accepted formats:
- PDF file from your online banking portal
- Screenshot showing all required information in one image
- Stamped and signed paper statement from your bank (if online access is not available)
E-Wallets (e.g., Skrill, Neteller, PayPal)
To verify e-wallet usage, provide a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing:
- Your full name
- Account/email ID
We may also request a screenshot of your transaction history showing at least one deposit made to our casino.
