Upload Methods
In-App Upload
Upload your ID document directly from your device or use your mobile camera to capture documents. If you're on desktop, scan the QR code displayed on screen to switch to mobile capture.
You have up to 3 retakes per attempt.
If a document is rejected or referred for manual review, the self-service flow is no longer available — your case will be passed to the Verification team.
Secure Drop Zone
Use the secure drop zone to submit additional documents or any documents specifically requested by our team.
Submission Policy
Documents must not be sent via email or live chat. Please always use the in-app upload or secure drop zone. Submission by email or chat is only accepted in rare, exceptional circumstances.

All four edges of the document must be clearly visible.
No glare, blur, shadows, or filters.
Two-sided documents: both sides must be submitted.
Accepted formats: JPG/JPEG, PNG, PDF — maximum file size 7.5 MB.
Accepted Documents and Requirements
Photo ID Document
A valid passport, photo of driving licence, or national identity card.
The document must be unexpired and clearly show your full name, date of birth, photograph, document number, issuing authority, expiry date, and all four corners.
Proof of Address (POA)
Issued within the last 3 months, clearly showing your full name, address, issue date, and the company's logo.
Accepted: utility bill (gas, electricity, or water), bank statement.
Not accepted: mobile phone bills, documents older than 3 months, internet printouts or screenshots.
What counts as an internet printout?
If you access your bank or utility provider's website and take a screenshot or print directly from your browser, this is not accepted. We require the official PDF issued by the institution — either the file sent to you by email, or the PDF downloaded via your online banking or provider portal. Re-scanned or printed versions of these files are also not accepted.
Other Documents
Depending on your payment method and account activity, we may also request proof of payment method, Source of Wealth and/or Source of Funds documentation. See How to Verify Your Payment Method and What Is a Source of Funds Check.
