If you make a new deposit or claim another bonus while a bonus is still active, two rules apply.
1. Small bonus balances are removed automatically
If your bonus balance is €/$5 or less, it is removed — together with its remaining wagering requirement — when you make a deposit, claim a free bonus or activate a promotion. Above €/$5, your existing bonus stays active.
2. A deposit bonus is only added if your bonus balance is €/$1 or less
If your bonus balance is higher than €/$1, your deposit still goes through, but the deposit bonus is not credited.
What this means in practice
- Bonus balance €/$1 or less → old bonus removed, deposit made, new deposit bonus credited.
- Bonus balance between €/$1 and €/$5 → old bonus removed, deposit made, no deposit bonus.
- Bonus balance above €/$5 → old bonus stays active, deposit made, no deposit bonus.
- Free bonuses (for example free spins from an email offer or a Shop reward) can be claimed at any time. If your existing bonus is above €/$5, the wagering requirements are combined into one total.
Recommendation
To make sure you receive a deposit bonus, complete or forfeit your current bonus first: open your Wallet and select Forfeit the bonus. Forfeiting removes all active bonuses and their winnings and cannot be reversed.
