How to Set a Limit
- Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page.
- Go to Responsible Gaming in your account settings.
- Choose a limit type: Deposit Limit, Bet Limit, or Loss Limit.
- Enter the amount you want to set as your limit.
- Select the time period for which the limit will apply.
- Click Submit to save your changes.
How to Adjust or Remove a Limit
- Click the profile icon at the top right corner of the page.
- Go to Responsible Gaming in your account settings.
- Click the Edit button next to the limit you want to change.
- Modify the amount and/or period as needed.
- To remove the limit entirely, set the period to None.
- Click Submit to confirm your changes.
Important: Cooling-Off Period
Decreasing a limit or setting a new one takes effect immediately.
Increasing or removing a limit takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
This delay is in place to promote safer and more considered gaming choices.
