Overview
Several types of deposit bonuses and promotions are available. The type you receive depends on how and when the offer was delivered to you.
Ongoing Promotions Found in the Promotions section of your account.
- Weekend promos, daily offers, and more — usually updated daily or weekly
- Minimum deposit: typically $10
- Always visible under your account's Promotions tab
Pop-Up Promotions
- Appear as pop-ups directly in your account interface
- Triggered by time or gameplay behavior (e.g., Night Owl, Early Bird)
- May not appear on the Promotions page
Exclusive Email Promotions
- Sent only to selected players via email
- Typically available once per player
- May include smaller deposit offers (e.g., $5 deposits)
- Not visible in your regular Promotions tab
Important Notes
Promotion not showing on the Promotions page? This does not mean the offer is invalid. It may be an exclusive promotion sent via email to a specially selected group of players.
Promotion visible on the Promotions page? This does not automatically mean you are eligible. Some promotions may have already been claimed or activated but remain visible so players can review the Terms & Conditions.
How to confirm eligibility: Tap the "Deposit" button — our system will run an automatic eligibility check and display a warning if any requirement is not met before proceeding.
Pending withdrawals: Deposit bonuses cannot be claimed while a withdrawal is pending. As per policy, bonuses cannot be applied until your pending withdrawal has been processed.
