If your account remains inactive for 12 months after your last login, it will be designated as inactive. Before this happens, we will attempt to contact you using the details registered on your account.
Inactivity Fee
If you do not log in within 30 days after our contact, a €5 (or equivalent) inactivity fee will be deducted from your account balance each month.
This deduction will continue until you log in or until your balance reaches zero.
If your account remains inactive for 12 months with a zero balance, it will be closed.
Dormant Account Policy
If your account has not been accessed for 30 months, it will be classified as dormant.
We will make every effort to return any remaining balances to you before closing the account.
