What Is VIP Cashback?
Cashback is a loyalty reward available to eligible players based on their deposits over the last 30 days.
Only net deposits from the past 30 days — or since the most recent approved withdrawal or cashback claim, whichever is later — are considered.
Excluded from cashback:
Deposits used to claim a deposit bonus
Deposits used to claim a free spins deposit bonus
Account is closed, excluded, or blocked
Cashback is self-claimable from the wallet side-menu, depending on the player's VIP level and eligibility.

How to Claim Cashback
- Tap your profile avatar (top-right corner).
- Go to your Wallet.
- Look for the "Cashback" button (not shown for Bronze players or accounts restricted from bonuses).
- If eligible, your cashback amount will be displayed and the "Claim" button turns blue.
- Tap Claim.
Cashback is added instantly to your real-money balance. You may claim cashback as often as you qualify.
Eligibility Checklist
To claim your cashback, all of the following must be true:
Cashback balance is €/$20 or more
Real-money balance is €/$0
No pending withdrawals
No unfinished game rounds
If these conditions are not met, the Claim button will be greyed out — click it to view which criteria are incomplete.
How Withdrawals Affect Your Cashback
While a withdrawal is pending:
Your cashback balance is temporarily unavailable to claim. Your accumulated cashback is not lost — it will become claimable again if you cancel the withdrawal request.
When a withdrawal is approved:
Your cashback balance resets. Only deposits made after the most recent approved withdrawal will count toward your new cashback accumulation.
If you cancel a withdrawal:
Your cashback balance becomes available to claim again, provided all other eligibility conditions are met.
Limits
Minimum cashback amount: €/$20.00 (or equivalent in account currency)
Maximum cashback amount: €/$5,000.00 (or equivalent in account currency)
Maximum cash-out for this cashback or any winnings derived from it: €/$5,000.00 (or equivalent in account currency)
