Loyalty points, also known as comp points, can be converted into cash directly in your casino account.
Accumulation:
- Complimentary Points will be accumulated by the following rate: EUR/USD/CAD/NZD/INR 10 played = 1 Point.
Conversion Rate:
- 100 comp points = 1 unit of currency (e.g., €1 if playing in EUR)
Example:
If you have 340 comp points, converting them will add €3 to your bankroll.
The remaining points (40) will stay in your Comp Points account and continue accumulating.
Points Display Format:
- Comp Points are presented in a decimal format with up to five digits following the decimal point, (e.g., 123.45678)
- This level of precision ensures your points are tracked accurately and fairly

- Converted cash does not have wagering requirements and can be used immediately
