There are three ways a tournament can credit your prize. The method used depends on the specific tournament.
Automatic crediting
Your prize is added to your account immediately once the tournament ends and results are finalised.
Claim in-game
Your prize is credited when you re-enter the qualifying tournament game after the tournament has ended. Opening the game, and if needed placing one spin, will trigger the prize and it will be added to your balance automatically.
Manual crediting (cash prizes only)
Cash prizes from game-provider tournaments are credited manually by the Casino team, within 72 hours of the tournament ending, once we have received and verified the final results from the game provider. This step ensures prizes are distributed fairly based on the final rankings.
Casino Coins prizes are never credited manually — they always use one of the two methods above.
How You'll Be Notified
Depending on the tournament, you may receive an email confirming your winnings have been credited (most common for manually credited cash prizes), a pop-up message on the Website when the prize lands, or a message in your Notification Inbox. You can also check your real-money balance or Coins Wallet directly at any time.
