To update your details, follow these steps:
- Go to "My Account".
- Click on the pencil icon next to "Personal Details".
- Edit your information where allowed and save the changes.
Changing Your Email Address
- If you update your email address, a verification email will be sent to the new email address you provided.
- You must click on the verification link in that email to confirm the change.
- Only after verifying the new email will it be associated with your casino account.
Updating Restricted Information
Certain details, such as your first and last name, date of birth, or gender, can only be changed after verifying your identity.
To update these details, you will need to provide official documentation for verification. Our support team will assist you with this process if needed.
